Elkhart, IN - March 2008
It Seems that shortly after Carriage Inc. decided to take safety to the next level in their beautifully manufactured 5th Wheels, other key manufacturers have started taking notice of safety benefits of a high quality O.E. Grade Sensor System. Ackton's new distributor, CTD Marketing, has been extremely busy promoting the new RV product line to RV manufacturers in Northern Indiana and Ohio. Not only has the response from manufacturers been positive, but some are rushing to get the product installed in time for "Model Change 2009" coming up here in the late spring months.
CTD Marketing's Rep., Roger Greene, says the following about Ackton's RV products being implemented with the RV industry; "It's a high quality, yet inexpensive way to add value and safety to the RV. It's a 'No-Brainer' addition into an Industry that badly needs a Parking-Assist that will actually Work! The Wireless systems will be great for the Towables and the Hardwired systems would be great for the larger vehicles".
Ackton's New Generation Sensor technology is going into the RV products. This will enable the sensors to begin reading obstacles starting at 16 feet without giving false readings of snow, rain, or debris. With Ackton's Patented DSM technology, the sensor can be placed behind a ladder, spare tire, bike rack, and down tailgate without giving false alarms. This along with many of Ackton's other features will insure that the RV Industry and Ackton will have a long and bright future to come.
